Guide to Hosting Virtual Author Events at Your Library

Due to COVID-19, many of our authors are appearing virtually at libraries.

Let us know if you’d like to host an author!

Do you have a platform (such as Zoom or Crowdcast) that can support an event?

Does your library partner with a bookstore? Share their link on your event page!

To view the available HarperCollins authors from our catalogs, you will need to be registered on Edelweiss+. Once you're registered, please email us to request access to our Edelweiss Event Grids.

Once you are registered and granted access, you can view our available authors here: https://tinyurl.com/hceventgrids (please note: You will need to be registered and signed in on Edelweiss+ and granted access in order to view these grids)

Email us your proposals at VirtualEvents@HarperCollins.com and we’ll do our best to help secure an author for your library.
