Austin Kleon

Here at Harper, we're whipping out our sharpies and composing our own blackout poetry in honor of Austin Kleon's ridiculously cool Newspaper Blackout.  The book turns a simple equation (newspaper + sharpie= poetry) into something extraordinarily thoughtful.  Check out Austin Kleon's short story in blackout form on 52 Stories, Book Cub Girl's blackout ode to Betsy Tacy, and my attempt at channeling e.e. cummings.
